George Lay Signs has provided formed plastic faces to other sign professionals for over 40 years. Our equipment has a capacity up to 8'x15' in size. Our stock molds include rectangular shaped "pans" from 2'x3' through 8'x15', as well as some circles and ovals. We also provide custom molds for special sizes, shapes, and radius corners for molds. Embossing for copy and logos is also available.
We primarily use Acrysteel® impact acrylic plastic, which provides impact strength of five to six times that of ordinary acrylic. Acrysteel® weathers better than polycarbonate, and withstands long-term exposure without yellowing or losing its gloss or color intensity naturally.
In addition to providing basic clear and white faces, we can also decorate them for you – with sprayed graphics on the second surface of clear faces, or with cut vinyl or printed digital graphics on the first surface of white faces.
